DESCRIPTION
L-5-HTP is thought to enhance synthesis of serotinin in the brain. Vitamin B6 is the co-factor for enzymes that convert L-tryptophane to serotonin. Vitamin C catalyzes the hydroxylation of L-tryptophane to serotonin. This product is enterically coated to enable the capsules to better bypass enzymes in the stomach which will convert L-5-HTP to serotonin prematurely.

HOW TO USE
